01Agreement & Conditions of Use
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "User Agreement", or "Conditions of Use") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and The Revieree Studios (operated under legal entity Yasavri Multibiz Pvt Ltd).
By accessing or using our website, digital platforms, design assets, or briefing tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site.
02Studio Mandates & Client Engagement
The Revieree Studios provides bespoke creative direction, brand identity architecture, motion design, custom web and application engineering, and strategic campaign advisory services.
All formal client projects, deliverables, milestones, budgets, and intellectual property transfer terms are governed by dedicated Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed separately between the parties.
03Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in an active client MSA, the website, design systems, visual assets, 3D artwork, typography, source code, interactive animations, trademarks, and logos (collectively, the "Proprietary Materials") are owned or licensed by Yasavri Multibiz Pvt Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws of India and international conventions.
No part of the website or Proprietary Materials may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our prior written permission.
04Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or content from the website to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without written authorization.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features, TLS encryption, or headers enforcing access controls.
- Transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or malicious code that damages or disrupts our infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract studio case study metrics or intellectual property.
05Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The website and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall The Revieree Studios, Yasavri Multibiz Pvt Ltd, or its directors, employees, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.
06Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
