Grievance Redressal — Section 13
In accordance with Section 13 of the DPDP Act and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have appointed a Grievance Officer for addressing complaints and redressal of grievances.

Response Timeline: All grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 working days as per DPDP Act requirements.

Data Subject Access Rights (DSAR) — Section 11
As a Data Principal, you have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

Data Retention Policy — Section 8(7)
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws. Data is stored for the retention period specified in our Privacy Policy. After the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted, erased, or anonymised.
Specific retention periods:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of the business relationship, deleted upon account deletion request
- Analytics data: Anonymised after 26 months
- Communication records: Retained for up to 3 years for legal compliance
We store your personal data securely and dispose of information that is no longer necessary.
Children's Data Protection — Section 9
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete such data. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
